FAQ

  • What sets you apart from other photographers?

We believe that everyone is unique, and that no one size or style fits all.
Our multicultural background makes us flexible.
Understanding your needs and delivering a solution that works best for you is our top priority.

  • Can we add or remove things from packages?

Yes! We can do custom-tailored packages to suit your requirements.

  • When is the best time for Pre-Wedding Photos?

The most popular months are November, December and April, with stunning Lupins and long daylight hours in November, and beautiful autumn leaves in April.

  • How long does it take to receive the photos?

We deliver a sneak preview within a week after the wedding photoshoot, and the full edits in 6-8 weeks over Summer (November~February) and in 4-6 weeks for the rest of the year.

  • How far in advance should we book?

We usually get fully booked out 3 months in advance.

It is also recommended to do the Pre-Wedding shoot at least 3 months in advance before your wedding day, as our delivery time is 4~8 weeks depending on the season.

Peak holiday season dates around Christmas, New Years Day, Chinese New Years (late January~early February), Japanese Golden Week (late April ~ early May) and Ramadan (June) tend to get fully booked out 3 months in advance.

  • How do we book you?

An electronically signed contract, together with a deposit of 30% of the booking price is required to secure your booking date. The remainder is due 14 days before the booking date.

  • What if it rains?

We offer 1 extra day after the main booking date, as a wet-weather backup option. Additional backup dates can be purchased for $800/day, for up to 3 days max (consecutively).

If our client has only 1 day available and if it rains, we can also shoot in sheltered locations and with umbrellas.

This is a trade secret until the booking is made. We will handle all transport logistics, scheduling and location permit consents.

  • Do you travel out of town/abroad?

Of course! We love them, and we take a limited number of out-of-town weddings every year.

It’s of utmost importance for us to give our best to YOU, so we limit the number of destination weddings to converse our energy.
